SIBU, Aug 13 (Bernama) -- Bandong Walk, a popular hawker dining destination in here, will have an online food ordering and delivery service following the launch of the Belibeli Super App today.

Sarawak Deputy Minister of Education, Innovation and Talent Development Dr Annuar Rapaee said wifi facilities will be installed in the area to enable the application developed in 2017 to operate smoothly.

He explained the food traders in Bandong Walk need to register their business on the application first to allow customers to choose and order food before being delivered to the doorstep.

“The Belibeli operators charge as low as three per cent for each service. The traders must always ensure the food and packaging are of good quality.

“Previously, many people are unable to sit and eat at the Bandong Walk due to lack of parking bays.

“Now, they can order their food online and it will be delivered to them,” he told reporters after launching the application at the Sibu level today.

Also present was Belibeli Super App founder Mohd Hisham Khairul Nasir.
